Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Sweet Italian Sausage Links
  • 1 1/4 Pounds Fettuccine
  • 1/2 Pound Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 Pound Julienne Carrots
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 5 1/4 Ounces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Directions

  • Tip: put a medium pot of water on to boil. It's only water you can still count this as one pot! Using cold water will significantly increase cook time.
  • Chop carrots, onions, and tomatoes. Tip: use a vegetable peeler with heavy pressure to make thick carrot shavings. They cut fast this way and cook faster!
  • Brown sausages and onions in a large, deep skillet. No need to cook sausage through at this point.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and cover with hot water. Optionally add any fresh or dry herbs you like. Simmer until noodles are al dente and sausages come to 165F internal temp - about 10 minutes.
