Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 8 Maraschino Cherries
  • 8 Pineapple Rings
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - Melted

Directions

  • Method 1 - Electric Skillet
  • Add juice from pineapple can, eggs, and melted oil to cake mix and mix by hand until just combined.
  • Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Cook until mixture bubbles.
  • Add pineapple rings and cherries.
  • Pour cake batter over pineapple and cook covered 20-25 minutes.
  • Invert cooked cake over serving plate.
