Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Garlic
  • 14 1/2 Ounces Diced Canned Tomatoes
  • 3 Ounces Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Green Onions
  • 7 1/2 Ounces Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 19 Ounces Tortellini

Directions

  • Cook Tortellini according to package instructions
  • While Tortellini is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Chop green onions, and artichokes. Mince or press garlic
  • When oil is hot, add garlic, onions and artichokes.
  • Saute until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth, tomato paste and tomato chunks, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat through and toss with pasta.
