Ingredients

  • 4 Pounds Corned Beef
  • 1 Can Sauerkraut
  • 12 Slices Dark Rye Bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Thousand Island Salad Dressing
  • 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

  • Thinly slice your cooked corned beef and portion out 1/4 pound of meat per servings.
  • Butter two slices of of dark rye bread on one side.
  • In a medium low heated pan place one buttered slice of rye bread into the pan. Butter side down.
  • Layer 1/4 pound of corned beef, and two slices of Swiss cheese. Sprinkle 1 T of sauerkraut across the sandwich and spread 1 T of thousand island salad dressing. Top with other slice of buttered bread. Butter side up.
  • When the bottom slice of bread it toasted gently flip. Toast the other side. Then slice and serve!
